Aiming for a target date of mid-Summer, the goal for this project was to design the Faros Enlight platform for the Faros Health team, ensuring the design and development of their core features to result in an MVP.
As principal designer for the product, Sam's responsibilities were to digest requirements, deliver digital assets, and provide design guidance. Working with an off-shore development team, meticulous communication design specifications was integral to the development of the product.
The project spanned multiple months, following an iterative product development strategy broken out into features across a sprint schedule. Once designs gained client approval, they were then slated for development hand-off. Developed features were received by Sam for quality review, and a back-and-forth led to finalized versions of feature designs.
With direction from the Faros team about the scope of their MVP and the features they're planning for, the user flow was drafted to document the experience of a user entering the platform through their employer.
